Service Details
Services include but are not limited to the following:
Check for signs of pests or insect infestation.
Check for leaks and signs of mildew/mold.
Check airconditioner and humidistat, if applicable.
Change air-conditioning air filter and pour vinegar in drain.
Turn water on or off at meter.
Turn hot water heater on or off via circuit breaker.
Run water in sinks, toilets and tubs.
Run kitchen garbage disposal.
Bring mail indoors, if applicable.
Upon request additional activities can be included depending on the client's needs.
Examples of such activities are: starting/moving car, bringing in/taking out lanai furniture, etc.
